Krishneel K Sharma is a PhD candidate in the Environmental and Climate Change Research Group (ECCRG) within the School of Environmental and Life Sciences, Faculty of Science at the University of Newcastle. His primary research area focuses on investigating the impact of climate variability on tropical cyclone activity in the southwest Pacific regions. By looking at the large-scale interactions between the ocean and atmosphere, Krishneel’s research aims to better our understanding of tropical cyclone track variability in the region.
